Context

​

As a start-up in the field of Agritech, our goal is to support farmers in their transitions. We propose concrete and actionable solutions, in particular to reduce the use of phytosanitary products while maintaining good productivity. Our solutions are based on the alliance of agronomic sciences, mathematics, new technologies and digital. 

The company was created in 2016, it now has 16 employees and three offices, in Paris, Cognac and Bordeaux.

 

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a future agricultural engineer for a 3 to 6 month internship from April to October 2023, in the Cognac area.

Missions

​

For the 2023 season, Greenshield is launching a fourth campaign of field experiments, in parallel with the launch of its first solutions. 

These experiments are focused on two main themes, which have a common objective: the reduction of inputs.

​

These missions are to be discussed according to the trainee's affinities. They are not exhaustive and can be completed, always within the framework of experimentation to accompany the transitions of the wine growers:

 

Testing new technologies for weed management

​

• Reflection on alternatives to chemical products

• Realization of the tests with the technology developed by Greenshield

• Monitoring the development and destruction of weeds

• Analysis of the results

Training of the VineMapper AI for anomaly recognition

​

• Survey of the parcels with the pedestrian device to feed the image bankge 

• Depending on disease recognition skills, annotations of images to train AI

 

Profile required

 

• Higher education in agriculture/agronomy

• Strong appetite for new technologies

• Good knowledge of viticulture

• Good relational skills

• Autonomy and rigor

• Project management skills

• Driver's license B
