

UX research and UX design intern
Context
Start-up in the field of Agritech, our mission is to accompany farmers in their ecological transition by offering them concrete and actionable solutions to reduce the use of their phytosanitary products. Our solutions are based on a combination of agronomic sciences, mathematics and technology.
After a first positive reception of our computer applications during the release of our commercial offer for viticulture this year, we wish to extend our functionalities. For this, we are looking for someone capable of accompanying us in the functional specifications, to ensure that they are always in adequacy with the needs and uses of the wine industry.
This is a 6-month internship that will start in March 2023.
Missions
Working closely with the Product Manager and the Design team, you will participate in the functional specification of applications, represent the voice of the end-user during design iterations, and support the development and deployment process to ensure proper acceptance of the applications by end-users.
You will be required to carry out the following tasks :

Write specifications for new features.

Tester régulièrement les applications pour évaluer l’expérience utilisateur.

To inform about the needs and methods of different actors of the wine industry (advisor, crop manager, farm manager, etc...).

Produce syntheses on key themes, in order to better integrate them into applications (alternative treatment strategies, certifications, etc.).

Produce supports to help users to appropriate the applications.
Profile
You have a minimum of 3 years of university education in the field of vineyards and have the following qualities

Good writing skills.

Ability to understand and synthesize technical documents (on treatment practices, regulations, etc.).

Fine knowledge of viticultural practices, in particular concerning the fight against bio-aggressors.

Sense of pedagogy.

Forte empathie, capacité à se projeter sur les besoins de différents profils.
In short, we are looking for someone who is familiar with the world of viticulture and has the ability to share their knowledge with our team.
